1. Is there a sign-up deadline for the courses?
There is no deadline. You may sign up for the courses at any time.

2. What is the price of both courses?
Both courses are sold together for a bundled subscription price of $89.

3. How do I get my username and password?
Members and nonmembers must purchase the courses to receive a username and password. Once your order has been processed, you will be notified by e-mail of your username and password.

4. What are the payment options?
You may pay by credit card, check, money order, or purchase order.

5. How many continuing-education contact hours can I earn for taking both courses and completing the tests?
A total of 4 contact hours can be earned, 1.5 for Avian and Pandemic Flu: Awareness for the Public Health Professional and 2.5 for Avian and Pandemic Flu Preventive Measures: Maintaining Operational Continuity. Please note that you must obtain a passing score of 75% on each test to receive these contact hours. You may retake the tests as often as necessary to achieve a 75%, but you will not be able to review the test and your answers until you obtain a passing score.

6. Do I have to take the course and test in one sitting?
No. You will receive yearlong access to the course, and you may go through the entire course or just portions of the course during the one-year period. After starting the test, however, you will not be able to exit until all questions have been answered.
