PATROL Sign Up

Within a week of receiving your completed subscription form, subscription agreement and student enrollment information, each designated individual will receive a personalized e-mail providing a username, password, and login instructions.

  1. Fill out the subscription form below. When completed, click the submit button; you will have the opportunity to verify your information and make corrections.

  2. Download the subscription agreement, complete and email to patrol@lmc.org or by fax to 651-215-4155.

  3. Download the student enrollment form, complete the form and e-mail to patrol@lmc.org.
