Your NexPort portal can be operational in as little as 72 hours from confirmation of purchase. NexPort Solutions Consultants will work with your organization to determine how to best configure a portal to meet your near- and long-term needs, and to prepare your organization to manage the portal into the future. Customer service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist throughout implementation and ongoing operations.
NexPort access is based upon an annual subscription model. Each individual participant is a subscriber. Each subscriber is entitled to use all content and features selected for the portal and available within an assigned community. A NexPort solutions technician will assist your portal manager to maximize portal functions and reporting features.
