NexPort Online Learning Environment is a learning management system (LMS) that delivers the just-in-time and sustainable performance preparedness and operational support required to meet your mission. In addition to delivering training and extensive libraries of critical training support materials, the Learning Environment provides real-time, robust reporting on training participation, testing results, and certifications that supports the measurement of organizational preparedness.
In addition to delivering your available online courseware, training curricula can be sourced from the over 7,200 hours of courseware available from NexPort Solutions. Also, the interoperable features of the Learning Environment provide for reaching out to other trusted online training providers to address unique or specific training requirements of your NexPort communities. The results of all training are aggregated into a single transcript and, through interoperability, can be shared with your organization’s human resource management system.
