by Dan Pupek NexPort Campus allows for the use of the Velocity Templating Language (VTL) in many of its text fields. These templates allow site administrators and curriculum developers to include intelligent text, such as the current student's name, organization information, enrollment data or most other information about the student. In 5.3.0 we'll release an updated version of the template properties reference. Here is a quick demo. by Dan Pupek NexPort Campus version 5.3 will be released around the end of the summer and includes many exciting new features. One new feature is the ability to mark one instructor in a section as the Primary Instructor. This enhancement will allow more information about instructors to be displayed in the classroom. Furthermore, the Primary Instructor role will have elevated privileges and receive emails from students. In this demonstration, I will show how Primary Instructors are defined and how they have been integrated into the Velocity Templates within assignments. Enjoy! |
